Two days. Over 30 speakers. Six breakaways. Two Masterclasses. Welcome to the Future of HR Summit & Awards 2020.
Taking place on the 2nd and 3rd of September and in partnership with Simplify, this event brings together CEOs, HR leaders and HR tech innovators from across southern Africa.
In light of COVID-19 and the current turbulence we are currently facing, the world has had to adapt the way we do things. Last month Topco Media brought you the Top Empowerment Virtual Conference and Awards which focused on gearing South Africa towards an all-inclusive economy through transformation and inclusive growth. The event was the first of its kind in Africa and we’re doing it again.
With HR rapidly becoming one of the most influential departments of an organisation, it is vital that we celebrate those organisations and individuals for their outstanding achievements in people management. The Future of HR Summit is an annual gathering in which business leaders and HR thought leaders come together to share their challenges and successes, to advance strategic HR within their organisations and across the economy. The Future of HR Awards complements the Summit by recognising the candidates who represent the best in the Human Resources Management profession within South Africa.
Among the list of prestigious speakers at this year’s Summit are Jasmin Pillay, HR Director of Microsoft South Africa, Nicola Tager, Global Head of Careers at Investec and Avanthi Maharaj, Market HR Cluster Lead of Google- SSA The award ceremony will be judged by some of South Africa’s leading experts in HR.
Individual awards which will be recognised at this year’s ceremony include the HR Director of the Year, CEO of the Year and HR Rising Star of the Year. The organisation awards which will be presented include the Employer of Choice in large, small to medium and public sector organisations, the Best Use of Technology Award and the Best HR Strategic Plan Award.
We look forward to welcoming you to this year’s Future of HR Summit & Awards – which promises to be an exciting and jam-packed two days.
